We kindly ask you to review the security information regarding threats over the phone.
- Keep calm and keep talking to the caller.
- Leave to a secluded room or area.
- Try to keep the conversation going and get another person to listen to the call.
- Listen carefully.
- Be friendly and courteous to the person.
- Do not interupt the person.
- Try to find out why the threat is directed against the company/person.
- Follow the checklist below and take notes as much as possible.
